REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you are unhappy with the product you have purchased, we will be more than happy to accommodate an exchange or credit note for the item/s purchased. Provided that that the following is met;
– The product has been purchased in the last 7 days
– The product includes its original swing tag and packaging.
– It is in a ‘fair’ and ‘reasonable’ state. This includes being in its original state, including that of touch and smell.
– Proof of purchase is provided.
– Any shipping charges that relate to the return and resending of the garment/s is covered.
Any cases that do not comply with these terms, will not be accepted.
When it comes to refunds, we are more than happy to facilitate a refund should your purchased goods be faulty or defective. Unfortunately we do not provide refunds for any other reasons.
All sale items are final unless the goods are deemed to have been faulty.
